PROCESS IMPROVEMENT / PROCESS MAPPINGFacilitation of working sessions or Kaizen Lean events for targeted process or procedure. Work includes planning and scoping sessions, session reporting in a format agreed to during planning and any required follow-up or periodic review of progress. |
RISK ASSESSMENTUnderstanding the corporate risk culture and risk tolerance. Providing an assessment of all components in scope, providing findings and recommendations. Likely to include audit of current tools and compliance with policies regarding authority to take on risk for the organization. Review of cradle to grave fluidity of risk management, meaning from identification – to decision – to management – to monitoring. |
KAIZEN EVENTSScoping and planning the work with client SMEs, including specific topic research as needed. Meeting facilitation, documentation and meeting outcome materials. Could also include follow-up and action item management if desired by client. |
